GENERAL INFORMATION

We look forward to welcoming you in our non-smoking hotel accommodations near Heidelberg and Schwetzingen, and would like to give you a few useful tips and some general information about our establishment along the way.

• Non-smoking hotel
  All of the apartments, suites and rooms in our establishment are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the spacious grounds outside our hotel.
• Pets
  We strive to keep our rooms allergy-free. Kindly understand that we are therefore unable to accommodate pets.
• Arrival Day
  Our rooms are ready for your occupancy at 3 p.m. Should you expect to check in later than 8 p.m., please let us know in advance.
• Departure Day
  Please vacate your room no later than 11 a.m. on the day of your departure.
• Internet
  Whether for private or business purposes, WLAN (WiFi) access is free of charge in the entire establishment. In addition, all apartments and guest rooms offer access to the World Wide Web through the network connection LAN.
• Telephone
  And so that you may also always have the use of a telephone, each room is equipped with a direct dial telephone.
• Parking
  Parking in our spacious parking area is free of charge.
• Breakfast
  We make sure that each day gets off to a bright start. Our bountiful breakfast buffet is healthy, hearty, and freshly prepared for your pleasure. The regular hours for our buffet breakfast are 7-10 a.m. from Monday through Friday, and 8-10 a.m. on weekends and holidays. Should your plans call for an earlier breakfast, we are happy to serve you sooner. Please let us know in advance so that our staff can accommodate your wishes.
• Cycling - free of charge!
  From spring through autumn, you can enjoy exploring the surrounding countryside at close range, on two wheels. Our new bicycles are available to our guests at no charge, and we are glad to inform you about cycling paths and noteworthy sights in the vicinity. As our supply of bicycles is limited, kindly let us know your wishes in advance so that we can be sure to arrange or reserve the number needed.
• Reservations and Cancellations
  A reservation that has been confirmed by us is guaranteed as booked. Any desired alterations or cancellations must be communicated to us in written form, and are adjusted free of charge up to 7 days before the confirmed arrival date. We regret that cancellations made after this period, or rooms ordered but not occupied, must be billed to the client at 90%.
